Fish prices are paid directly to the Thai seller. Siam Tranship only collects the transhipping, handling, and delivery fee — we are not the seller of the fish unless clearly stated otherwise.
Fish quality, health condition before shipment, and seller promises are the responsibility of the Thai seller.

What to Prepare Before Booking
Have these details ready when you fill out the booking form.
Thai seller name and contact
Seller's name, farm name, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, or WhatsApp so we can coordinate with them.
Fish type and quantity
Betta, guppy, flowerhorn, or other species. Number of fish, bags, or boxes if known.
Fish size information
Approximate size helps us determine box requirements and pricing, especially for flowerhorn.
Your complete USA delivery address
Full street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Incorrect addresses may void live arrival claims.
Your preferred shipment date
Check our schedule page for available shipment dates. Book before the cut-off date.
Delivery method preference
Home delivery or airport pickup. Confirm you'll be available to receive the shipment.

Pay the Transhipping Fee Online
Review your booking summary and pay the transhipping fee securely. You'll receive a confirmation email after payment.

We Coordinate with Your Seller
Siam Tranship contacts your Thai seller and confirms the shipment schedule and details. Your seller prepares the fish.

Fish Travel to the USA
Fish are shipped via air cargo from Thailand. We send tracking updates throughout the process.

Receive Your Fish
Fish arrive at your door or at the agreed pickup location. Be ready to receive them promptly and have your tank prepared.

Do I pay you or the Thai seller for the fish?

You pay the Thai seller directly for the fish — that transaction is separate. Siam Tranship only collects the transhipping, handling, and delivery fee through this website.
Can I use any Thai seller?

In most cases yes — you can purchase from any Thai seller and use Siam Tranship for transhipping. We coordinate with your seller as part of the process. However, we may ask you to confirm seller details before proceeding.
When should I book my shipment?

Book before the cut-off date for your chosen shipment — typically 2 days before the scheduled departure. Check our Schedule page for upcoming dates and cut-offs.
What happens if my fish arrives dead?

DOA claims must be submitted within the required time window with clear photos or videos. Claim eligibility depends on delivery method, fish type, and compliance with our policy conditions. Review our full Live Arrival / DOA Policy for details.
Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation before the cut-off date may be possible with partial or full refund depending on timing. After the cut-off, cancellations are generally not accepted. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
